How do I change my billing information?
Go to https://fastforwardstories.recurly.com
- Enter your account email address on the bottom (first time only)
- You’ll get an email with a “reset password link.”
- Set up a password for yourself.
- The next screen will include an “Update Billing Information” button.
If you've gone through this before, just log in and change your information.
We're PCI compliant; we don't handle or store customer financial information directly. The subscription platform, Recurly, has top-notch security to keep your information safe. (And in case you were going to ask, Recurly patched the OpenSSL "Heartbleed" bug at lightning speed - April 8, 2014.)

How do I cancel my subscription?
Call or email us with your cancellation request. We'll validate that you're you, cancel and issue a prorated refund based on your specific terms of service.
